This shows the courtesan Omi standing and smiling with a poem about the song of the cricket. On rice paper, this measures 15" X 10". It is plain on the back. This is in wonderful antique condition. It is bold and clear. The old rice paper is worn, toned and spotted. There are tiny holes on the bottom left corner. The edges have some folds. There are some wrinkles and creases. As I am not an expert on Asian art, please see my photographs for more description. This is from my friend who is moving to a much smaller home and parting with many of his treasures. You may enjoy viewing more of his Japanese collection as I get them listed. I will be happy to answer any questions and, of course, combine your shipping when possible.
