It is a signed and numbered print that is the cover of the menu for the 99th Louisiana national guard states dinner menu. This is printed on thick canvas paper. Please look at all the photos. There are town dots on a lot of the menu, however the print itself doesn’t seem to be affected. If framed it would not deter from the overall look of the piece. ***PLEASE READ*** This piece seems like a unique piece of history and very rare.
