Authentic Vintage Japanese Kamishimo (Formal Two-Piece Set) A classic and elegant kamishimo set, the traditional formal attire worn by samurai and high-ranking officials during the Edo period. This beautiful matching set includes the broad-shouldered kataginu (vest) and umanori hakama (horse-riding style divided trousers). It is dyed in a traditional grayish-blue (kon-nezu) featuring the prestigious Edo Same Komon (shark skin) micro-dot pattern. It also proudly displays the Maru ni Yotsume Bishi family crest in four places (three on the vest, one on the hakama backplate). Perfect for historical display, Iaido/martial arts practitioners, traditional tea ceremonies, or theatrical use.
