This premium set is crafted from genuine Tsumugi (spun silk). Unlike smooth, formal silks, Tsumugi has a highly desirable matte, subtly textured finish that makes it incredibly durable, comfortable, and stylish for high-end casual wear. The dark fabric features a woven Kikko (tortoiseshell) geometric pattern, an auspicious symbol of longevity. While the outside is understated and sophisticated, the inside of the jacket features a stunning hidden landscape lining (haori-ura) depicting a traditional Japanese village and temple scene among the clouds.
