VERY RARE BOHEMIAN VASELINE URANIUM DECANTER. T he stopper has a slightly darker shade of vaseline uranium color as compared to the vaseline uranium color of the decanter. Decanter and stopper are in very good condition. The manufacturer is unknown, circa 1800’s. Offered is a very rare Bohemian vaseline uranium stoppered decanter. T he stopper has a slightly darker shade of vaseline uranium color as compared to the vaseline uranium color of the decanter. Decanter and stopper are in very good condition. The manufacturer is unknown, circa 1800’s. Measurements are approx. 19” in height to top of stopper and weight is approx. 4 1/2 lbs. The exterior consists of cross-hatched drapes intersecting with a smooth undulating ribbon. Cut fans appear intermittently rising from the smooth ribbon with cross-hatched leaves connected to the tip of the fans. Below the smooth ribbon and cross-hatched drapes is another smooth cut undulating ribbon. The decanter is essentially a six-sided or hex shape with a round top flange. The cut base consists of a six pad or foot design. There is a small smooth chip or manufacturing flaw on the top of the inner decanter throat. Blacklight and Geiger counter tested.
