Barbee (1862-????) was a well-known breeder of poultry, mastiffs, horses, and most famously, his development of the famed “Bourbon Red” turkey breed named after the county he lived in, a breed still in existence today. Excellent detail about his various animal offerings with woodcuts, descriptions, testimonials, etc. Accompanying the catalog are 2 small promotionals and a mailing envelope.
