Description
Vintage Stanley Bailey No. 3 bench plane, identified as Type 16, manufactured in the USA circa 1933–1941. Features include the orange STANLEY lever cap, kidney-shaped lever cap slot, and cutter marked STANLEY with the heart-shaped SW logo and Made In USA stamp. Cast body is marked BAILEY behind the frog. This smaller-format bench plane is well suited for fine woodworking, trimming, and detailed work, and is also desirable to Stanley collectors due to its clearly defined Type 16 characteristics. Condition Used vintage condition. Shows surface wear, patina, and finish loss consistent with age and use. Wood knob and tote show wear but are solid. Adjustment mechanisms move freely. Blade is present and usable. No cracks noted in the body.

I'm sure they're described accurately and packing will be adequate.
