Die erforderlichen Daten wurden im Sportzentrum in Rif erhoben. Insgesamt wurden die Daten von 25 Probanden (Durchschnittsalter 26,3 Jahre, Gewicht 72,9 kg) in dieser Studie dargestellt und ausgewertet. Es gab einen Vortest und einen Nachtest, die im Abstand von 6 Wochen stattfanden. Die Probanden wurden in zwei Gruppen aufgeteilt, wobei die Interventionsgruppe (n=13) zweimal wöchentlich ein Sprinttraining absolvieren musste. Die Kontrollgruppe (n=12) behielt ihre normalen Aktivitäten bei. Das Ergebnis zeigt, dass alle Variablen durch das Sprinttraining signifikant erhöht wurden. Die größten Verbesserungen wurden bei der Hamstring-Kraft erzielt. Die Studie bestätigt eindeutig, dass nicht nur Leistungssportler, sondern auch Hobby- und Freizeitsportler von einem Sprinttraining profitieren können. Leaving positive feedback because 1) item was packed well & arrived as described 2) seller did give partial refund when subsequent price dropped below org purchase price. 3) communication was quick However, there was a downside to this transaction -item listed as in-stock but ended up waiting nearly a month for them to get it from their distributer then ship it to me (bought June 29th, arrived around July 21). Auction said 12-15 days. Better clarity would have prevented lot of frustration
