Als Methode wurde eine qualitative Untersuchung gewählt. In einer ersten Phase wurde ein Interviewleitfaden mit dem Studienkoordinator und in einer zweiten Phase mit den Lehrkräften verwendet. Die Ergebnisse der ersten Phase zeigen, dass nach Ansicht des Koordinators der Begriff der Kompetenzen vom ersten Tag des Studiums an und in allen Ausbildungsfächern behandelt wird: in den Grundlagenfächern, den berufsbezogenen Fächern und den theoretisch-praktischen Fächern. Die Ergebnisse der zweiten Phase zeigen, dass die meisten Lehrkräfte zwar mit dem Begriff "Kompetenzen" arbeiten, aber das Konzept der kompetenzorientierten Pädagogik nicht kennen, obwohl sie es anwenden, ohne die Theorie zu kennen. Es wurde auch festgestellt, dass das pädagogische Konzept die Vorgaben der nationalen Lehrplanrichtlinien berücksichtigt. The delivery took way longer than listed though, it was listed to come in a week from purchase, but took a whole month. I had some concerns at first, but communication with the company was top notch and they were very professional and answered most of my questions satisfyingly. Just prepare for a longer wait than listed, but I got what I bought lol.

Leaving positive feedback because 1) item was packed well & arrived as described 2) seller did give partial refund when subsequent price dropped below org purchase price. 3) communication was quick However, there was a downside to this transaction -item listed as in-stock but ended up waiting nearly a month for them to get it from their distributer then ship it to me (bought June 29th, arrived around July 21). Auction said 12-15 days. Better clarity would have prevented lot of frustration
