The Nile on eBay FREE SHIPPING UK WIDE Mouse Cell Culture by Andrew Ward, David Tosh In this book, expert researchers provide a number of methods for the culture of a range of specific cells and tissues isolated from the key genetic model of the fetal or adult mouse. Notes provide practical, straight-from-the-lab knowledge and experiences. FORMAT Paperback LANGUAGE English CONDITION Brand New Publisher Description Cultured cells have combined accessibility and the ability to expand a homogeneous cell population from a relatively limited source, thus opening up a wealth of possibilities for researchers. In Mouse Cell Culture: Methods and Protocols, expert researchers provide a number of methods for the culture of a wide range of specific cells and tissues isolated from the key genetic model of the fetal or adult mouse. Including protocols for the explant of fetal tissues and stem cells that allow developmental processes to be followed ex vivo as well as protocols for the culture of isolated cell types that allow for the study of relatively homogeneous cell populations, this volume brings together a selection of the most current methods in order to make them available in one convenient source. Written in the highly successful Methods in Molecular Biology™ series format, chapters include introductions to their respective topics, lists of the necessary materials and reagents, step-by-step, readily reproducible laboratory protocols, and notes on troubleshooting and avoiding known pitfalls.Practical and authoritative, Mouse Cell Culture: Methods and Protocols serves as an immediately applicable springboard for the development of new tissue culture methods in order to advance the study and treatment of human disorders. I had a ‘90s copy. I was excited about the new edition. With a new forward by J Wasserman and intro by LM DuQuette. The book was excellent value and it arrived in perfect condition as it was sold new. A gorgeous looking tome.I gave 5 stars for the description, I had no communication with the seller and only gave 4 stars for Dispatch Time. Dispatched on Nov 4th with the last day being tomorrow. The process was great. Highly recommended. I’ve done business with these guys and will continue to.
I love these diaries but they can be a little expensive. However this was a good price from this seller and I would definitely use this seller again. Excellent communication. The delivery time was a little longer than stated but it wasn’t the seller’s fault. They were very supportive. I was worried the item would arrive bent or folded if it was taking so long in transit but it was really well packaged and in perfect condition.
