Dadurch läßt sich bestimmen, welche in Wolle zugänglichen Proteine und welche Peptidbindungen unter den bei der Naßveredlung von Wolle in der Praxis üblichen Bedingungen hydrolysiert werden. 2) Die Ausbeuten der in kaltem Wasser löslichen Proteinbestandteile be­ tragen unabhängig von den Behandlungsbedingungen ca. 0,07 bis 0,08 Gew. 0/0 bezogen auf trockene Wolle. Darin sind etwa 0,03 Gew. % freie Amino­ säuren bezogen auf trockene Wolle enthalten. Es handelt sich um Protein­ bestandteile, die aufgrund von Hydrolyseschäden während der Lagerung der Wolle entstanden sind. 3) Bei der Kochbehandlung von Wolle wird die Abhängigkeit der Ausbeute an löslichen Proteinbestandteilen vom pH-Wert, von der Elektrolytkonzen­ tration und von der Art der Elektrolyte untersucht. Die Ausbeute beträgt bei niederer Elektrolytkonzentration und pH 2 1 Gew. 0/0. Mit zunehmen­ dem pH-Wert nimmt sie stark ab, zwischen pH 4 und pH 5 werden 0,2 Gew. % erhalten. Mit weiter zunehmendem pH-Wert steigt die Ausbeute geringfügig an. Bei hoher Elektrolytkonzentration (Citrat-Phosphatpuffer) werden im Durchschnitt mehr Proteinbestandteile erhalten. The delivery took way longer than listed though, it was listed to come in a week from purchase, but took a whole month.
