Os testes serológicos foram solicitados durante a primeira gravidez (72%), em mulheres primíparas (51%) e em 67% dos casos durante o primeiro trimestre. O ECLIA e o ELISA quantitativo e semi-quantitativo mostraram uma concordância total (p=1), mas os títulos de IgG pelo ECLIA foram mais elevados. Por outro lado, foi encontrada uma concordância quase perfeita (P= 0,947) quando se comparou o ECLIA e o Western Blot. O ECLIA parece ser a mais sensível das técnicas estudadas. Além disso, para títulos próximos do limiar de positividade do ECLIA, recomenda-se a utilização de uma segunda técnica de confirmação. The delivery took way longer than listed though, it was listed to come in a week from purchase, but took a whole month. Leaving positive feedback because 1) item was packed well & arrived as described 2) seller did give partial refund when subsequent price dropped below org purchase price. 3) communication was quick However, there was a downside to this transaction -item listed as in-stock but ended up waiting nearly a month for them to get it from their distributer then ship it to me (bought June 29th, arrived around July 21). Auction said 12-15 days. Better clarity would have prevented lot of frustration
