Das Durchschnittsalter unserer Patientinnen betrug 29 ± 3,9 Jahre. Die Serologien wurden während ihrer ersten Schwangerschaften (72%), bei Erstgebärenden (51%) und in 67% im ersten Trimester angefordert. ECLIA und quantitativer und semiquantitativer ELISA zeigten eine vollständige Übereinstimmung (p=1), aber die IgG-Titer von ECLIA waren höher. Dagegen wurde eine fast perfekte Übereinstimmung (P=0,947) beim Vergleich von ECLIA und Western Blot festgestellt. ECLIA scheint die empfindlichste Technik unter den untersuchten Techniken zu sein. Außerdem wird bei Titerwerten, die nahe der ECLIA-Positivitätsschwelle liegen, die Verwendung einer zweiten Technik zur Bestätigung empfohlen. The delivery took way longer than listed though, it was listed to come in a week from purchase, but took a whole month. Leaving positive feedback because 1) item was packed well & arrived as described 2) seller did give partial refund when subsequent price dropped below org purchase price. 3) communication was quick However, there was a downside to this transaction -item listed as in-stock but ended up waiting nearly a month for them to get it from their distributer then ship it to me (bought June 29th, arrived around July 21). Auction said 12-15 days. Better clarity would have prevented lot of frustration
