Bank of Scotland - Uncirculated First Release of New Polymer £50 Note This is an uncirculated example of the first issue of the Bank of Scotland's new £50 banknote - featuring the innovative Falkirk Wheel which lifts canal boats between two levels of the Forth and Clyde Canal that crosses the country. This auction is for a single example of one of the notes I have available. Additionally, I also have examples of all Bank of Scotland (and Royal Bank of Scotland and Clydesdale Bank) notes in denominations from £5 to £100 - contact me if you are interested in more than one and we can discuss a price. Notes will be sent to the winning bidder using a fully insured and tracked service by the Royal Mail within the UK and a similar service via the postal service of other countries because I have noticed in the past that occasionally high-value items seem to "go missing" in the post but strangely I have never heard of any of the lower value items I sell failing to arrive!
