I ordered an incompatible attachment for my riding mower. I tried to cancel the order but it was already shipped. Brian told me it wasn’t a problem, just refuse delivery, Which I did. I would not want to go through another purchase like this one. While it ended up ok, it took a lot of interaction with the vendor to get things sorted out. A fake tracking number was attached to the transaction and never was removed. The tracking number showed "delivery" of a 1lb package to a location other than my address. This made ebay see it as delivered when it was not. I paid an expedited shipping charge, that was thankfully refunded upon late delivery. I was surprised the item arrived.
Very easy transaction and the bed frame arrived super quickly! I was actually shocked how fast it arrived. It was new in the box and I had no issues with assembly. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this seller.
