First I received a single item instead of two. I sent you pics of the item, asking about the second - missing waterer. As you can see by the date of my inquiry, it was received BEFORE there was any notification that it was ever sent(??) I heard nothing back from you but two days later I received (tracking info) that the item I actually purchased which was to include both waterers, had Just been Delivered! So I went right out to get it but.... it wasnt there. (UPS) At that point I just gave up
This is false advertising, the image shown is not what I received. I very disappointed. At first I received an email from the seller that the item is out of stock. Only to get what you didn’t order. I’m not impressed. It would be better if I was told that the item would not be as seen..
Item was not what i needed. Got a refund but have been unable to return item as no shipping label has been or can be provided. Wish I could return it but have no address. Vendor supplied item quickly. A positive vendor.
