Item arrived promptly, & well packaged. Had some initial issues with 1 camera not powering on, & all 4 batteries were completely discharged (at 0.0V, a no-no for Li-Po's they should have been shipped charged) Seller offered me an immediate refund, without issue, but I was able to condition the batteries enough to get them charged, and also reset the camera so it powered on properly. All, said I would still recommend this seller, without hesitation. Thank you for standing behind what you sold.
I received the wrong item. Seller quickly arranged to have the correct item sent. Seller definitely was quick to take care of the issue. Despite the issue, I would still use this seller again.
