10 Antique 1880s Anderson County South Carolina Tax Payment Receipts. All are in fair to good condition for their ages. Offered is this lot of 10 antique tax documents from Anderson County South Carolina, receipts for paying property taxes. The documents are all from the 1880s. All were paid by either Edward Davis or Mary Davis and all were signed by the county treasurer at the time. The backs of the documents have a pre-printed notice, with some having some hand-written numbers, etc. Each document is approx. 9" x 4". All are in fair to good condition for their ages. There are no major tears, but there are some short edge tears, some with small bits missing, creases, folded corners, some wrinkling and light soiling.
