Definitely saving this seller in my favourites. Jaimie was very quick to contact me and advise they were unable to locate the books I had purchased. He was extremely apologetic and offered to provide books from another of my favourite authors. He sent me some options which were more expensive and offered them at no extra cost. The books were then packaged and posted immediately. They were packaged extremely well and arrived in good order. Definitely value for money!
