DMV Scleral Cup enhances Prosthetic Eye manipulation and Scleral Lens handling . This suction cup product has been in use for decades and has become the industry standard for patients, contact lens fitters and Ocularists around the world. The Scleral Cup securely grasps the contact lens or prosthetic eye for insertion, removal and centering functions. Do not use this product with soft contact lenses, or diseased, injured, or otherwise compromised eyes. Insertion Lightly squeeze the handle and and place the properly wetted contact lens on the open end of the cup. Gently position the contact lens on the surface of the eye. Gently squeeze the handle again to release the lens. Removal Squeeze the tapered end and carefully apply it to the surface of scleral contact lens. When the suction cup has been seated properly on the lens, release the squeeze pressure to apply suction and gently remove the contact lens from the the eye. Maintainence Wash in soapy water frequently. DMV ULTRA FOR HARD AND GAS PERMEABLE CONTACT LENSES REMOVAL Moisten the suction cup. Touch it to the center of contact lens. Slowly take the lens from the eye. INSERTION Place the wet lens on the cup. Touch lens to the eye. CLEANING Wash in warm soapy water. The products are made of natural rubber, which contains dried latex. No latex allergies have ever been attributed to this compound.
