Definitely not "like new" either seller had multiples and mixed up or seller was careless when listing condition. Seller only shipped AFTER I asked if order was OK (over a week) and they never replied. If they were busy (it was holiday time) and simple reply would have sufficed. Only reason I'm not leaving a neg is when I asked to return it seller refunded in full right away
