This item really should have been in a box. It came crushed because it was shipped in an envelope. The package itself is a big plastic bubble. I contacted the seller and she was very kind and promised to replace the item at no cost to me. I would definitely do business with her again. A+ for customer relations. Great quality product. Poor condition because of packaging which she made right. Great value. Super cute in appearance. Shipped late.
