After an initial issue of the item not being sent promptly as noted in the posting (2 Day FedEx) and my inquiry to the Seller as to the status and them figuring out it was not sent properly, but Seller took the initiative to provide a refund for the item, without requesting the item to be returned. This proactive step to correct their error was outstanding customer service. The item later arrived and was as expected.
🅶🆁🅴🅰🆃 🅴🅱🅰🆈🅴🆁 TOP Seller! Items arrived FAST in 2 days from shipperAquiline / BEAUTIFULLY packed/Safe & Secure. The stand plate that comes with it is nearly impossible to screw on but the built in mirror stand works at least, to sit upright so one does gets results without the mirror falling. I love this mirror! Excellent communication! Definitely would recommend!! Thank you for a smooth transaction. See you again!
