Great 4-piece collection of handcrafted North Carolina art pottery attributed to the Cole family based on certain characteristics such as color of clay, rutile glaze and brushed bottoms on all pieces. The mug (with glaze flake on handle) is attributed to Nell Cole Graves who was able to achieve the thinnest edges on small pieces. Please note the small chip on the 5-1/2" Rebecca pitcher and tiny nicks around bottom edge of the 6" basket. Ashtray has no damage.
