Message stated 'Delivered' on morning of Dec. 31st. Did not receive. e-mailed shipper, in turn telling me fedex would have to deal with it/refund. Went to fedex Thurs Jan 2 and was told wrong tracking # on order. e-mailed shipper again, no response and e-mail suddenly disappeared/deleted. The good thing, package was delivered today Jan. 2nd. I am not pleased with this whole transaction mess.
The seller was very easy to work with. This was a birthday gift for my grandson that he will be very happy with. The item was exactly as described and I received my package within the time frame given. I am very happy with the purchase!
Item as described, Fed EX delivered my paxkage to 10873 West Mulberry road instead of 10875. The mail box where Fed EX delivered package is clearly marked as 10873. Fed EX should do better.
