Very serious seller with a pretty good communication ! Game received as described in the description of the article (with just some usual usage for both the cartridge and instruction manual). Because it has to be delivered from the US to France, the shipping almost took one months to arrive (though sadly, I had to pay custom duties and taxes in order to receive my package) but it came at the right time. It came in a bubble mail but nothing has been damaged during the shipping, so very happy ! :)
Exceptional experience with this seller, they legitimately earned a five-star rating. Very helpful and honest, they went above and beyond to take care of me. I bought a video game and the case arrived broken, without hesitation seller issued a (quite generous) partial refund. Fast and friendly with great communication. I will definitely purchase from this seller again if I get the opportunity. I'm very happy and grateful for the help!! Thank you so much!!:) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Fast shipping. Exactly as described. The only complaint I have is it would be nice to have the games wrapped inside the bubble envelope instead of just loosly tossed in there bouncing around for the whole trip. I know you as sellers are trying to save as much money as possible but us as buyers would like are products intact. Thankfully they seem fine. I have ordered a lot from this seller with no problems. Just wish you step up the packaging a tad.
