The item itself was in the condition stated, which was very reasonable value for the price. However it was missing the CD meant to come with it, so I contacted the seller. They got back to me quickly apologising profusely, issuing me a refund and telling me to keep the book or pass it on. They said they had looked to see if they had another of these items in stock but did not, and again apologised. Despite the order not being as expected, 10/10 for excellent customer service! Thank you!

A good seller with integrity.
I have purchased many times from this seller and have never been disappointed.
Sadly on this occasion I received the package but sadly it was empty - Royal Mail had put it in one of their “lost in transit “plastic sleeves and apologised .
I am pleased to report that Baham books have swiftly refunded me and are very good at communicating with the buyer.
