Excellent item, as described, great condition/quality and certainly value for money but Item not particularly well-packaged or protected (a persistent complaint with this seller) resulting in a refund for a damaged Bluray. Despite this experience I was pleased with the speed with which my complaint was handled and so happy to offer positive feedback as this is a seller I use regularly (usually w/o problem!) & otherwise a safe, speedy and secure delivery from a reliable seller with good comms.

This is a brand new cd that's still sealed and exceptional value for money. Well packaged free postage, super fast dispatch and delivery my cd arrived ahead of time. The item arrived within the advertised time in secure packaging. The condition was very and as described. I have bought from this seller several times and I’m always pleased with their exceptional value and reliability. Free postage is good, but they use Evri who I think let them down. Evri are good with advance communication, but delivery invariably fails to meet the time period, and items are just left on doorstep (very insecure). Other than this, the seller is brilliant.
