Seller was very attentive and kept me up to date throughout shipping process, which was quick & the watch arrived in perfect condition. I didn’t think it came with a box but it was in a new looking Hermes box and the watch appears new too. It’s a college graduation gift for our youngest daughter and I can’t wait to see watch her open it.
