It just came today and it's all Japanese so I'm still figuring things out, but so far I've got nothing bad to say. All functional. Any criticisms are for Sony, not the seller ☺️ Securely packed with no signs of damage during transit, just general wear and tear as was described. A big reason I got this was as a replacement for Spotify premium, which is £12 a month now. I'd say this one-off £40 for shipping from Japan to the UK (2 weeks earlier than estimated!) was a good investment. Very happy!
The only note I have is that the flat pack it was shipped in effectively smashed the hat in transit. There is some creasing and misformation in the rigid part of the crown now, that I hope will go away with time. The hat arrived in otherwise pristine quality. The price was great for an overseas service. I will order again if I find myself needing a new hat, but the shipping method should probably take a bit better care of the hat considering what we pay for them.
