5 star experience. Item was exactly as advertised, a great value for the quality of the product, the condition of the product matched the appearance provided in the photos. Overall a good experience. Also, user pays for shipping but you get what you pay for. Product arrived with what had to be at least 30 feet of bubble wrap protecting it. OCDepot also responded to my message in a timely manner. Overall great experience, thank you for your attention to this matter.
I had no issues with the seller, communication was good and everything on their end seems correct. Unfortunately, USPS marked the package as delivered but it was not received. It’s a shame that situations like this can make sellers look bad when it’s clearly a shipping issue. I also requested the seller to open a USPS Search ID, since only the sender can receive updates from USPS, but I have not received a response yet. I hope this can be resolved through USPS.
