Very happy with purchase it works great although I’ve only had it for less than a week. It shipped ok I think storms had an effect on the shipping. Just what I was looking for to use my iPad more like a laptop. I reached out to the seller about something but figured it out so the very next morning I contacted them to let them know its figured out, so they didn’t have a chance to respond so I can’t say how communication is. Not them cause of how fast I sent the emails.
