I've to say outstanding customer service from the beginning rapid shipping, package was secure item as describe and great value i am tempted to buy another pair knowing I shouldn't but I've always wanted a pair of boots and now that I am getting radiation on my feet I said lets do it. Shipping cost was ok, packaging was normal, the boots looked as described but reeked of mildew and have mildew spots, the buyer did not say this in the description of the items, value for the boots themselves is good if they weren't mildewed. Bad response time from the seller, only answered my questions after the mildew boots had been shipped.
