Shipping cost was ok, packaging was normal, the boots looked as described but reeked of mildew and have mildew spots, the buyer did not say this in the description of the items, value for the boots themselves is good if they weren't mildewed. Bad response time from the seller, only answered my questions after the mildew boots had been shipped.
