  1. Item arrived quickly and as described. I wish the seller had shipped the item in a shipping box instead of the retail box as that arrived damaged. I wasn't necessarily planning to keep the retail packaging, I just worry the spoon or manual could have been lost in the mail since the bottom of the box was pushed in quite a bit. Everything arrived together, nothing was missing.

  2. Was an open box item, seems new not used. Great quality, made well, lightweight and really has great suction power. Fedex did a horrible job handling it. The box was beat up luckily the product isn’t damaged. Seller described well and was very prompt communicating and shipping. I’d buy from him again
