I had to return item, as the scream had a small white smear on screen. Other than that I would have definitely kept product. Quality and condition was great for the value and appearance was great other than the one spot on screen. Item was well packaged. Customer service was great and seller communication was awesome. I would have rather traded it out but they did not have another screen in model needed. Appears to have been nicked in shipping/delivery. Would buy from seller agin. Thank you!!!
First things first, I want to apologize to the Seller for my late response. I was so memorize with my Thinkpad laptop, I lost all track of time⏰. Shipping was very fast, it was very well packaged and the Seller is Awesome 👏. My laptop look like new. One of the footpad was missing, that’s no problem, I can find another one somewhere on line. This thing was packaged so well you could have thrown it out of a plane, and it would have survived. Shipping was very fast and the price was great. It is used and matched the description and pictures in the ad perfectly. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from this seller again.
