  1. I had an issue because the binder came with a littel damage and without the vynil pouch. I told that to the seller. He told me to return it with a label he sent me. I could not use it because it was wrong. I could not return it so I told him to send me the pouch that was missing and had to keep the binder with the small damage. The shipping speed was exellent.
