And we all know it is what is on the inside that counts, right? Every product we sell is carefully checked by one of our team, cleaned and then sanitised ready for sale. You will see that every product is listed with a condition next to it. Here is some guidance as to what you can expect when you receive your item; New - No need to expand here, you will receive a lovely brand new product. Missing Box - You will not receive the original box with this product. Imperfect Box - The box has some dinks, scratches, rips, scuffs or stains . Imperfect Container - The container has some dinks, scuffs or stains on the bottle, label or pump top. Missing Pump - The pump/spray top is missing from the bottle but the product can still be used if you unscrew it. Or, you could use a pump from a previous or similar product. Missing Lid - The lid has gone AWOL. This includes caps and tops, but the product will always be unopened or have some kind of seal. Damaged Lid - The lid will be cracked or might have a little piece missing. The lid will be secured for shipping. Small Amount Missing - A small amount of the product has escaped! The maximum amount that will have leaked is 15% of the total volume, usually a lot less.
