Absolutely AMAZING to deal with these guys! Shipped the item out no issues even with a postal strike in my country. Items arrived and 1 badge was missing from the picture, i sent them a message and within a day they were willing to offer a refund for the item or send a different badge of the same type (just not exact) so i asked for the badge as i am a collector for this character and all is here and the problem is fixed! 11/10 seller would love to do business again :) Thank you for everything!
Packing was VERY secure!! The box came all the way from Japan to the US, but there was no damage to the box, so that was surprising! Each item was bubble wrapped and put into a packing folder which was then packed into a box, so there was a lot of attention and care to make sure these items didn't get damaged. They came exactly as pictured with no damages. The seller also communicated each step of shipping process to ensure I received my goods. Really satisfied with the service and product!
Packaged with absolute care and consideration! Postage was fully tracked and you can see where it is on eBay itself. Items exactly as described. A little experience but understandable due to the items themselves limited. Being a high value item it was posted in a box and then wrapped in loads of bubble wrap. Communication with seller was wonderful. I would recommend this seller as they have taken time and consideration to their photos of items as well as the packaging and postal choices.
