First Negative feedback I left in over my 1500 purchases made in my 27 years on Ebay The tools (2) , were not complete as shown in photo but as described they were as described , the stencils were ripped ( TORN ) leaving them like breasts on a bull, As the old saying goes if the deal seams to good to be true it probably is. Ebay policy is you need to wait 7 days b4 leaving not positive feedback which is bunk. Buyer Beware
