  1. I almost left neutral because I never heard any response from my communication w/seller. One of the ornaments was in pieces so I sent a picture & asked if I could be refunded just for the one that arrived broken. I feel that the ornaments were not protected very well & that's what happened. There were several packed into a tiny box, air pouch on top, but nothing on bottom, so they were smashed. Glad it was only one ornament because I really liked them. Overall happy w/items.

  2. Shipping was standard. Packaging was above average. The item was not as described. It was listed as very good condition but had water damage on the top on the book pages and scratching on the cover. Given the condition it is difficult to call the pricing a good value. The seller was responsive and fair in regards to facilitating a return.
