The outside cover has some wear from age, some rubbings, wear on the corners, and a small tear at the bottom back. The inside cover has the name, Lillie M. Nicholson 1958. The pages have some yellowing from age, some small stains, some smudges, and I didn’t see any tears but could have been missed if very small. Illustrations are comical! Some of the chapters are; A is for AUTOMOBILES, B is for BROADWAY, H is for HOLLYWOOD, S is for SPORTS, T is for TELEVISION, etc…. Super Funny book! Sell at auction “as is”. Thanks for looking!
