  1. I got 4 books from this seller. One was wrong book (same writer, simular covers) which, when you order used books several at a time from big used book warehouses, this happens every now and then. Seller contacted me and refunded within a couple hours on the same business day. These people do business right. The 3 others were just as described, packed perfect. Shipping was on time. Good books at good price and a seller who does business right. I highly recommend this seller and the items I ordered.

  2. ++++Ebayer! I’d received notification that my book was delivered last Friday but it wasn’t. I contacted the seller and informed them of the situation; I wanted them to understand why I hadn’t provided feedback. They replied and requested that I keep them up to date on the status of the situation. Good news- I received the book in today’s mail. The condition is as described, the seller provided quick shipping and excellent communication and customer service. Thank you!

  3. Item described and pictured as three volume set in slipcase, but I only received volume two. Normally, I would give negative feedback for a misleading listing, but the seller had rapid responses, clear communications and was amenable to a compromise partial refund, so I would say the seller is reputable and you are in good hands. Ask for clarification before purchasing any listing with the slightest possibility of ambiguity.
