  3. Item described and pictured as three volume set in slipcase, but I only received volume two. Normally, I would give negative feedback for a misleading listing, but the seller had rapid responses, clear communications and was amenable to a compromise partial refund, so I would say the seller is reputable and you are in good hands. Ask for clarification before purchasing any listing with the slightest possibility of ambiguity.
