When it came to the quality and the condition and the value and the appearance of this item, it was absolutely a 10 out of 10 I contacted a dealership that was near me and they said that they stopped making these since 2016. I was kind of iffy at first to make this order because I heard a whole lotta bad things about eBay, but the person that I purchased this from had outstanding customer service they reach out ask you for your vin before they deliver to make sure that you got the correct item.
The part that I needed was very specific to the timeframe that my car was made. The seller reached out to me to verify that information before just selling the part. After information was verified the sale was completed. The part was shipped and arrived on time. When I received the part you could see that the seller took time to package the product and also labeled it to be handled with care.
I ordered the radio to replace my OEM one that quit working. The radio was received well packaged and in good condition. I had questions that the seller was able to answer in a timely matter. I had to request the VIN from the donor vehicle in order to get the pin from the dealer to unlock the radio.
