The item arrived as described — the front left door for my 2023 Kia Carnival is in good condition, and I’m satisfied with the quality. The packaging was very well done — no issues there at all. The door was protected properly and arrived without damage. However, the shipping took quite a long time. I placed the order on March 25 and just received it in mid-April, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, everything turned out fine, but the delivery time could definitely be improved.
Arrived packaged well in a sturdy box with plenty of protective bubble wrap. In better condition than it was online it looked even.
