I was kind of skeptical at first because there were only 3 pictures of this item and the seller had a strict “no returns accepted” rule but because of their high ratings, I gave it a shot. I was very impressed with the meticulous packaging of the item, it was still in its original packaging, padding was plenty to protect the purse from getting malformed, and the purse was in perfect new condition just like the seller had described. 10/10 experience!
The item was great, but the shipper was amazing. I received the package very quickly, but when I opened it up, it was not the right item. I contacted the seller who responded immediately and quickly took care of the issue. I received the correct item within just a few days.
