Black and white picture is from State Revenue Newsletter whole # 144 showing this and a second similar tag. W.E. Deer was the name of a store whose photo is available on Google. It served briefly as a post office too. Mrs. W.E. Deer lived in the historic James Dellett House or mansion, according to a newspaper article dated 1932. Claiborne is now a ghost town, the county seat having moved to Monroeville many years ago. Will ship by US mail first class with tracking in a stiff mailer.
