  1. Overall good experience with the exception of packaging. It came quickly and the item was as described. Unfortunately, the envelope they sent it in was bendable and I found it in my mailbox almost completely folded in my mailbox. The edge of the certificate got a little wrinkled, but mounting it should flatten it out a bit. Should have written "do not bend" and "hand cancel" in addition to a more rigid envelope. I would've gladly paid more for better packaging. Otherwise, a good experience
