Although it's not included, I was using an OSSC with VGA to HDMI to play this on a modern hdmi tv. I also had the audio jack from the VB Plugged into the jack on the OSSC for sound. I would recommend getting an OSSC to play on an HDMI tv unless you're playing on a monitor that has VGA (which carries the video), although you'd still need to make sure the monitor has a hole for the audio jack, which it likely would.
